Is my child’s photo safe?
Absolutely. We are a printing company, not a data company. We operate under a strict  Zero-Retention Policy. The photo you upload is used exclusively by our AI to generate the illustrations and is  automatically deleted from our systems after production. We never sell, share, or store images. Your privacy is our priority.
What are the shipping times?

Our decentralized production ensures that your order is handled with care and efficiency:

1. Local Production: Once your order is placed, it is routed to the production facility nearest to your delivery address. This stage typically takes 1-3 business days.

2. Fast Shipping: Local production means shorter transit times. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-6 business days. You will receive a tracking code via email to follow your package's journey.

Note: We partner with over 40 reliable global and local carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS). While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays due to carriers or seasonal peaks are beyond our direct control.

Can I preview the book for free?

Can I return the book if I change my mind?

Because these are unique, personalized products, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or errors made by the customer during the ordering process. However, we will take immediate action in the following cases:

  • Our Mistakes: If we made an error in the personalization based on your instructions, we will send a corrected product at our expense.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the item and the packaging along with your order number to support@dreamandtale.com. We will arrange for a free replacement as quickly as possible.
